Gemma joined Novatech as Finance Manager in July 2016 and has been Finance Director since July 2017.  She is a CIMA qualified Management Accountant and has worked in Finance for 25 years. Prior to Novatech, Gemma worked at American Express for 9 years.  Her other roles have mostly been at NHS Trusts, Private Healthcare and a Water Company.

Gemma is keen to drive efficiencies at Novatech and to grow the business but to maintain focus on delivering quality products for customers. She is also responsible for HR at Novatech and it is of great importance to her to ensure all employees feel valued and enjoy working at Novatech.

Outside of work, Gemma’s priority is her family. She also enjoys socialising with friends and family, eating out, cooking, travelling.  She also enjoys walking her dog and exercise including HIIT and Yoga.
