When returning equipment for inspection or repair from outside the United Kingdom (UK) please make sure the following information appears on the documentation:
Temporary export - goods being returned to manufacturer for repair. The invoice value is for customs and insurance purpose only.

Please do not use Royal Mail to return items to us as they will not be imported under Simplified Processing.

Courier information - Please import consignment under Simplified Inward Processing Relief (IPR) terms and ensure the courier or freight forwarder uses the following information for import declarations:

• Reason for Return: Goods returned to UK for repair or recalibration on simplified IPR terms
