This team actually controlled the day-to-day management of the company for 4 years prior since October 2017, when the last of the previous owners retired.

The new owners have ambitions to grow the business to expand the existing product range by developing new and innovative products that would benefit a broader number of sectors and applications.

Over the prior four years the focus has been on 

• Full Refurbishment of the premises in St Leonards On Sea
• Ensuring Health and Safety measures were upgraded to ensure the safety and well being of all employees and visitors.
• Adopting new HR policies and contracts
• Re branding the company and logo
• Launching a new website
• Creating a marketing strategy and launching an advertising campaign across all social media platforms

The focus for the next 5 years are:

• Continue to grow the business via marketing campaigns and developing new products
• Expanding our workforce to support growth 
• Expanding into new and existing key markets
• Implementing a new ERP System to enable time savings and efficiencies across the company and to improve performance
• Adopting new processes to streamline production
• Driving development of new innovative products and wireless applications
• Focusing on Customer satisfaction and Employee well being 
• Continuing to ensure our the quality, precision and traceability of all our products, whilst maintaining lead times
