System C displays the data from pairs of set-up wheel loadcells on a computer via an interface unit that is powered from a USB port. Loadcell connections are via a standard Binder 723 series cable mounted socket. The pin connections are the same as the TR150 and TR200 loadmeters allowing direct replacement of the loadmeters in existing systems. System T24-SYSC is normally scaled to 500kgf for 2mV/V for use with F256 set-up wheel installations. Other scalings are possible. Please see overleaf for Ordering Code.
T24 toolkit and multi channel logging software is available for set-up and data access using a computer with a Windows operating system, Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 or 10 is required. The software can output data as a standard csv file for use with a spreadsheet or other data processing software.
The licence free 2.4GHz direct sequence spread spectrum (DSSS) radio technology offers high integrity, error free communications which can co-exist with other wireless technologies such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth® and Zigbee®. If you have concerns about a wireless system functioning reliably at your location we have a set of evaluation modules available for test purposes.
