Beam and diaphragm combination. Tension, compression and bi-directional options are available. All standard bi-directional load cells are calibrated in both modes.

The load cell’s small size of Ø35mm with an overall height of 52mm makes it ideal for applications where the space envelope is limited. 

The options of male/female threaded or flat bases enables the load cell to be utilised in a wide variety of mechanical assemblies. Special bases with your required threads/fasteners are available upon request.

The load cell’s unique strain system compensates for typical force misalignment in force measurement rigs and industrial weighing systems. 

The standard versions are all sealed to IP65 with IP67 available as an option.

This load cell can be manufactured for fully compensated operation up to +250°C and/or ultra-high vacuum environments upon request.

Connections

The load cell is fitted with 2 metres of PVC insulated 4 core screened cable type 7-2-4C. Special cable lengths/type or chassis plug available upon request.

Excitation + = Red or pin 1, Excitation – = Blue or pin 2, Signal + = Yellow or pin 3, Signal – = Green or pin 4, Screen = Orange.

Reverse the signal connections to obtain a positive signal in tension mode. The screen is not connected to the loadcell body.
