The machine shop houses a range of modern CNC lathes and milling centres, including two 4 axis semi automated machines, backed by a comprehensive stock of materials suited to elevated temperature, vacuum, submersible, chemically aggressive and radiation environments.
Novatech operates a well equipped in house calibration laboratory with 8 dedicated rigs, providing calibrations traceable to European standards across a wide range of forces and torques - from 0.1N up to 1,000kN in tension and compression, extending to 2,000kN in compression only.
Every new Novatech load cell is supplied with a factory calibration and traceable certification as standard. We also offer a repair and recalibration service for our own standard and bespoke designs, as well as load cells from most other manufacturers.
